- suspected food poisoning in the home, please contact your local doctor, and refer to food safety brochures on this site under ‘Publications’
- suspected food poisoning from a commercial facility please contact the Environmental Health Officer at your local council, or your State or Territory Health Department
- labelling, additives, ‘use by’ or ‘best before’ date stamping, country of origin, etc, please contact Food Standards Australia New Zealand at: info@foodstandards.gov.au
